Will ZEN AUDIO plugins work on my system?
We offer a free trial so you can install and test our plugins in your environment before purchasing. We recommend trying them out first to make sure everything works smoothly.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are accepted if the product license has not been activated.
Are updates free?
Minor updates and bug fixes are provided free of charge.
What operating systems have been tested?
We have verified operation on Windows 10/11 (64-bit) and macOS 11 Big Sur or later (Intel / Apple Silicon).

Trial

How long is the trial?
After signing in, you can use the full-featured Trial mode for 14 days. You can also use Limited Mode at any time without signing in — no account required.
What's the difference between Trial Mode and Limited Mode?
On first launch, the plugin runs in Limited Mode without sign-in (audio muted for 2 seconds every 15 seconds). Signing in starts your 14-day Trial with full access to all features. Once the Trial expires, the plugin returns to Limited Mode.
Can I extend my Trial?
We generally do not extend Trial periods. However, you can continue using the plugin in Limited Mode even after the Trial ends.

Purchasing

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Can I download immediately after purchase?
Yes, you can download the product from your account immediately after payment is completed.
Will I receive a receipt?
All sales are processed by our reseller, Paddle.com. ZEN AUDIO does not issue receipts directly. For receipt or invoice requests, please contact Paddle.

Installation

How do I install the plugin?
Run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions. See the user manual for detailed steps.
The plugin doesn't show up in my DAW
Try rescanning plugins in your DAW. If that doesn't work, verify the installation path is correct.
How do I authorize my license?
Launch the plugin and log in with your ZEN AUDIO account. Your license will be authorized automatically.

User Account

I forgot my password
Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and enter your registered email address. A reset link will be sent to you.
How can I change my email address?
You can change it from your account page, or contact support for assistance.
Can I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from your account page or by contacting support. If you log back in within 30 days, the deletion will be canceled.
